What, exactly is Pain Free Me?

Pain Free Me is all about bring balance pack into the body. We believe that pain, both chronic and acute, is due to mal-alignment in the body as it loses its designed shape or posture.

The Pain Free Me method restores the body back to its designed posture, alleviating pain and returning you back to an active, pain free lifestyle.

How does it work?

Pain Free Me uses a series of corrective exercises(9 videos in total) and stretches to return musculoskeletal balance back to your body. You will receive videos (via email) that target your areas of discomfort i.e: hips, back, shoulders and core.

You will be educated about your condition, and given self care techniques to help end pain and get you back to living life how you used to.

Do I need to go to a gym to do these exercises?

The answer is No. All you need is yourself!  These exercises utilize your own body weight and resistance.

How long will it take for me to see results/feel better?

Everyone responds differently and on different timelines. The majority of my clients feel different after their first session! The body has an amazing ability to heal itself; you just have to give it a chance.

Most people didn’t get in to their current position overnight, and they won’t get out of it overnight. Living Pain Free is a process, but one with a high success rate.

Is it normal to feel sore after doing my workout?

Soreness is normal and can be a good thing. Your muscles are moving and being re-educated and this discomfort should diminish quickly. Keep in mind that we view soreness different than pain. If you are experiencing true pain be sure to stop and make necessary adjustments.

I saw stretching..is this like a Yoga class?

Simply put, No. Pain Free me is a specifically tailored set of exercises and stretched designed to eliminate your structural dysfunctions that are causing your pain.

How many times a week do I have to do this?

We ask that you do your exercises at least 3 times a week. These exercises are made for busy professionals so you will be able fit in a Pain Free session into your schedule.
