I know what it feels like when your body starts to break down.
In my early twenties, I went from being active and training daily to sitting for long hours in a corporate job. Within months, my body changed. Back pain, poor sleep, constant discomfort.
I followed the advice I was given. It did not work.
That experience forced me to look deeper and understand what was actually happening inside the body.
Over the last 15 years, I have helped thousands of people, from desk workers to athletes, eliminate pain, restore movement, and rebuild their bodies in a way that lasts.
